For GP Practices
Our role isn’t to replace, or to work in competition with, GPs, but to provide the support and resources you need to focus on what’s really important.
We’re helping practices to deliver Covid-19 vaccinations across South Worcestershire.

What we do.
Recruitment.
We’re proud to provide exceptional locums to all our member practices - with value, choice and continuity at the very core of our recruitment operation.
Training.
Our ability to centralise core training functions and co-ordinate regional projects saves our member practices time and money - leaving more time to focus on patient care.
Infrastructure.
By centralising IT systems and patient data, we’ve made it easier for practices to search and collate data and process claims - as well as offering more opportunities for collaboration.
Purchasing.
Through federated working, we’ve made it easier, and more cost-effective, to purchase essentials like medical indemnity and NHS appraisal toolkits. Because we’re stronger together.

Training
We want to help all clinical staff across South Worcestershire to flourish - so your professional and educational development is our priority.
Practices across the UK are facing unprecedented demands on appointments, spiralling challenges and targets, and increasingly complex conditions - as well as decreased funding for services and, of course, the coronavirus pandemic. As a result, clinical staff are increasingly stretched in terms of workload - meaning that co-ordinating educational and professional development is more difficult than ever.
As a federation of all 32 South Worcestershire surgeries, we’re able to centralise training and co-ordinate regional projects - allowing your staff more time to focus on their work in-house, without missing out on opportunities for their own development. Delivering training like this is also more efficient - in terms of both time and money.
We’re proud to have developed a strong collaborative working relationship with the University of Worcester, with the support of Professor Veronica Wilkie (Academic and Learning Lead for our Clinical Care Group and Professor of Primary Care, Institute of Health and Society Worcester University) - allowing us to support the continued education of health professionals in the South Worcestershire region.
And we’ve identified a desire in the pharmaceutical industry to learn more about the primary landscape we’re working in. In response, we’ve developed immersion and product development seminars in consultation with GPs - so that they can understand how to develop products that truly support the NHS front-line.
To learn more about the training we deliver, and to discuss potential development opportunities, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Purchasing
We’re stronger, together.
We’re able to obtain discounts for our GP members on crucial resources such as Medical Indemnity and NHS Appraisal Toolkits (Clarity).
The more members take advantage of group purchasing opportunities, the greater the discount we’re able to negotiate.
To find out more about our group discounts, visit our members page here.
If you are one of our member practices, or a commercial organisation, with a suggestion for group purchasing - let us know.
